I loved the app until the update. Now I cant view all dresses at the same time and have to view them under their separate categories. Please fix this!

While I enjoy the new look of the FP app, it now doesnt save the items I hearted, and find myself constantly re-liking things. When I go into my hearted items, it only shows a few, and doesnt continue scrolling. I like looking back at the things I heart and its making it really hard. Fix this please!!

It constantly crashes, takes forever to load images, and the "orders" tab no longer works after the latest "update". Crashed when you click on orders after they change from "yet to ship" to shipped. Packages are being sent via international shipping (3 week ETA vs 1-3 days if they used the usps priority that it TELLS you they vill use at checkout) even though they are getting shipped from/to US after update. Has happened with 2 orders, so either app changed something that makes this mis handling or the person at the warehouse is an idiot... Not sure yet which...

App works well. Love the new layout and stars when you put an item in the cart. Loads quickly and checkout is smooth and easy.

This app has gone downhill. The photos dont load, sometimes when scrolling it just lags and doesnt load anymore. Also, it crashes mostly when I go to my order history and click on an order it just closes. Additionally the shipping stinks. Used to be great with USPS priority and I could click on the link but now orders take 3-4 weeks to receive and the order tracking is the order # and goes to Ascendia (what is that anyway?!!). Customer service says its always been Ascendia which might be the case but still ridiculous that I cant get the actual USPS tracking # to track on their site. Why is your app, website and customer service getting worse? Also Ive tried to order a "last item in stock" several times only to have it cancelled then show up as one left in stock again. Seriously. You guys need to up your game. Ive ordered from other apps/sites as the last one and Ive never had it cancelled.

I love free peoples clothes. The app run very slow pretty much on everything in the app.

Love this brand. However will only give three stars. When I called to ask a question the woman I spoke to was quite rude to me. I ended up buying the boots I wanted on eBay.

Free people sent me an email that if I have their iPhone app I can get 50%, but when I try to open the app it closes automatically. So looks like there is a bug.

Zero scroll capability in the wish list. Updated to the newest version and cant even shop. Always gets stuck and having to close and reopen app. Not easy shopping and makes me want to not buy anything because the experience is incredibly frustrating.

I love the new updated app! I really like all of the "free people" elements like the loading screens and the stars up to the basket!! I feel like the app really reflects the FP brand.

Great App, easy to follow. Luv that I can swipe to edit, remove or move item. Better than previous app. Big improvement.

The kinks in the older version of the new app have been worked out to near perfection! So much happier with this one, as I am able to access my wish list and see other customers reviews, which is so important to me!

Love this app, always updates me on the sales and its a quick and easy way to see the new items!

Filters dont apply, back takes you to the home page, adds/deletions/moves do load faster but overall this was NOT a quality upgrade for a store like FP!!

Im shocked by how bad this app is. Im trying to give you money, I would think the developers would want to make that possible. The app crashes every few seconds, and the clothing order changes so if you were browsing, now you have to start all over. Maybe thats the plan but it is infuriating. It also logs me out every few minutes, AND requires my password every time. Get it together FP
