I love this app! I think its great, easy to use, easy to navigate, keeps me signed in, etc. I didnt give it five stars only because sometimes it takes forever to load & also it sometimes repeats products which is annoying. Other than that I really enjoy using it!

This app will get you in a world of trouble, but I LOVE IT!! Im constantly checking for new items and making purchases. The app is awesome & very user friendly. WTG Free People!!

I attempted to use the app to make a purchase, for some reason it wouldnt go through. After dealing with a faulty app I called the call center only to find out the item I was trying to purchase was a different price. I was told to email them a screen shot of the app so they could verify and honor the price. Unbelievably I received an email back saying they couldnt honor the price?!? Im not sure what kind of bait and switch thing they have going- but the app is not only glitchy and total crap but doesnt accurately reflect the prices.

Love, love love the clothes! Would like to see sizes with complete information. Not just for size "small". Also maybe use models with different heights. Nice selection of styles and colors. Could we please drop the prices just a bit, so I can buy more than one thing at a time? Just wondering!

My whole wardrobe is Free people ! I wear a slip dress every day / winter with boots and a fp cover top and summer with sandals .. The only thing that I wish is that there is more than one page of sale items .. Like if I look-up sale on dresses there will be like 5 or 10 on sale.. Now I know you have hundreds .. So how about having more items on sale so o can buy more often ??

This is a very easy to use and super convenient. I also appreciate the occasional free shipping.

I love how you can see other looks and rate what you like. It makes shopping a lot easier too.

Love this brand. However will only give three stars. When I called to ask a question the woman I spoke to was quite rude to me. I ended up buying the boots I wanted on eBay.

Such a great app, it makes shopping so much easier. The free people app is also a great community of free people lovers where you can easily post pictures of your purchases and write reviews. The updates on the app are kind of often so that new content is updated for shopping. Ive done all my purchases on this app as well and havent had any problems with processing or shipping. Download it and youll always find yourself on it when you just wanna relax and look at whats new at free people.

Love Free People, so was really excited to finally download their app. Although its user friendly and easy to navigate, it keeps crashing every single time I try to sign in to either add something to my cart or my wish list. If this apparent bug gets fixed, the app will be great.

App is great, friendly and fast with all those features.

I used to use the hearted items as a sort of extended wishlist….I’d pick items out from that page when the time was right. I don’t know what Free People’s deal is, but now that section is a jumbled up mess under the account settings. Also when they updated, they lost my birthday and some other info. I don’t like this update and am debating removing the app from my phone…it has with this update become quite worthless.

The new update is awful. The mere fact that you dont even have clothing categories anymore is ridiculous. So, if Im looking for a white shirt, I need to scroll through every. single. white. item... Not efficient or customer friendly.

Hearted items list is no longer showing in chronological order. Instead I see OLD items that may/ may not even be available any longer. This causes my shopping experience to become a laborious chore of digging through items I had "hearted" to save for later. In the end I give up because I know how much better this feature USED to function. Please BRING BACK chronological hearted items!!!
